The Beginning of the Feast

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

King bearing noble crown
Bride in the whitest gown

Before was slain the beast
So now begins the wedding feast

But first a prayer to this King
And then the elders sing

Holy, holy, holy is the One
who sacrificed His only Son

His love planned to give
The Son in flesh to live

And in suffering to die
The lost would be brought nigh

The Son also rose as was told
The grave His soul could not hold

Then Three in One again complete
With us His sheep at the feet

So begins this long awaited feast
between the I AM and us who once were least
